At the end of the film its clear that both viruses are still in existance, and the the us gov have both samples, and antivirus (Not sure how you can cure the G has it changes the dna so fast), Question lies did they develop the virus samples or did they destroy it?

the viruses were also circulating around in later years when Wesker sold several of them on the black market to gain the financial foundation for his new Umbrella Empire. The BSAA was founded to combat terrorism that would use BOWs - which includes the use of T and G-virus and probably even T-Veronica virus since Wesker had samples of this one as well from Steves body. Revelations which takes place around the same time as the film also shows that the viruses were used by other terror-organizations. Because the viruses were circulated by Wesker all around the world (via black market) they will probably never completely cease to exist.

Though there is no antidote to the T-virus (in the games). The antidote that Carlos gave Jill in 1998 didnt remove the T-virus from her body, it only turned it into a dormant state. It later then didnt vanish but rather transformed into powerful antibodies thanks to Weskers experiments with her. Thats probably why Jill today is immune to all viruses - even Uroboros (she couldnt be used as test subject anymore for that virus bc of her high resistance). So in theory after RE 5 it might be possible to create an antivirus from her blood. But before RE 5 there was de facto no antivirus for T,G or TV/TA or P.

It should be noted that Adas organization also has samples of all viruses and of the original las plagas.

Killing BOWs and looking gorgeous at the same time is not an easy thing to do.

They do it since 1998.
